A six-hour downtown roadshow in an executive sedan is $513. The chauffeur stays assigned for the whole block, including waiting between stops.

The questions that come up most before a first booking.
How is this different from a taxi or rideshare?
A chauffeur service is pre-booked. The route, timing, vehicle, luggage and waiting are reviewed before the journey, one chauffeur is assigned, and the rate is issued in writing before anything is reserved. A rideshare assigns whichever car is nearby and prices dynamically.
When is my booking actually confirmed?
Sending your trip details requests a rate — it does not reserve a vehicle. We review the journey and send the applicable rate in writing. Once you accept it, written confirmation follows, and only then is your booking confirmed.
Should I book hourly or point-to-point?
Point-to-point for one defined journey with a clear end. Hourly when you need waiting between stops, several destinations, or an uncertain finish time. For a flight arrival, book airport service specifically — that format carries the flight coordination and the 60-minute waiting terms.
How much waiting time is included?
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes from the actual landing time. Other pickups and stops include 45 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is charged hourly by vehicle class, and total waiting is capped at 90 minutes.
Can I cancel or reschedule without a fee?
Yes, when your request is received and acknowledged at least three hours before pickup, in Eastern Time. Inside three hours a charge of 2% of the base transportation rate may apply. Timing changes caused by your flight never carry a fee.
Can an assistant book on behalf of a traveller?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways bookings reach us. Send the itinerary, the traveller's name and mobile number, passenger and luggage counts, and any flight or child-seat requirement. The rate and confirmation can go to you, the traveller, or both.
