Obsidian Ride provides pre-arranged, premium chauffeur and executive transportation services across Canada. By securing a reservation with us, you agree to these terms, ensuring a seamless, frictionless partnership between you, your chauffeur, and our dispatch team.

Reservations & Punctuality

We pride ourselves on our 100% on-time guarantee. To achieve this:

• Booking: All rides must be pre-arranged. We do not accept on-demand, street-hailed, or ride-share requests.
• Flight Tracking: For airport transfers, we monitor your flight status in real-time. We automatically adjust pickup times for early arrivals or delays at no additional cost.
• Wait Times: We offer a complimentary grace period (typically 15 minutes for standard pickups and up to 60 minutes for international airport arrivals). Extended delays beyond this may incur hourly wait-time billing.

Transparent Financials

We do not believe in surge pricing, hidden fees, or metered anxiety.

• Flat-Rate Pricing: The quote you receive at booking is your final price, encompassing base fare, tolls, and standard gratuity.
• Billing: Credit cards are held at the time of reservation and processed upon completion of the journey. Corporate accounts are subject to their specific net-term agreements.
• Incidental Charges: Extraordinary cleaning fees or damages caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be billed to the card on file to restore the vehicle to its flawless condition.

Modifications & Cancellations

We understand that executive schedules shift. We offer unparalleled flexibility while protecting the time of our chauffeurs.

• Free Cancellation: Standard sedans and SUVs may be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, or "no-shows" at the pickup location, will be billed at the full rate of the reservation.
• Specialty Fleet: Stretch limousines and executive sprinters require a minimum 72-hour cancellation notice due to high demand and specialized routing.

Chauffeur & Passenger Etiquette

Our vehicles are sanctuaries of comfort and safety. To maintain this environment, smoking (including e-cigarettes) and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all Obsidian Ride vehicles. The chauffeur retains the absolute right to terminate a journey—without refund—if passenger behavior threatens the safety of the driver, the integrity of the vehicle, or violates local laws.

Limitation of Liability

While we engineer every aspect of your journey for perfection, Obsidian Ride is not liable for circumstances beyond our immediate control, including severe acts of nature, unannounced road closures, or extreme traffic anomalies. In such rare events, our commitment is to adapt instantly, reroute dynamically, and communicate transparently to ensure your safe arrival.
